1. Agreement
By creating a Bookivia account or using the service you agree to these terms. If you are using Bookivia on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind that business.
2. The service
Bookivia provides an AI assistant that replies to client messages, answers questions about your services and pricing, and helps schedule appointments. Replies are generated automatically and may occasionally be inaccurate — you are responsible for reviewing and confirming bookings.
3. Free trial
Every plan starts with a 3-day free trial. A payment method is collected upfront and is not charged during the trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription begins automatically at the plan's monthly price.
4. Subscriptions and billing
Plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe: Starter $29.99/month, Pro $49.99/month, Business $79.99/month. You can cancel at any time from the billing section of your dashboard; access continues until the end of the paid period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
5. Your responsibilities
You must keep your account credentials secure, provide accurate business and pricing information, and ensure you have permission to message the clients you contact through Bookivia. You are responsible for the services you deliver to your clients.
6. Messaging and calls
SMS and voice features are delivered through third-party carriers and may be subject to their rules, delays or fees. You agree to comply with applicable messaging laws, including consent and opt-out requirements.
7. Acceptable use
Do not use Bookivia for unlawful, deceptive, harassing or spam activity, to send unsolicited bulk messages, or to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service. We may suspend accounts that do.
8. Availability and liability
The service is provided on an as-is basis and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
9. Termination
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or create risk for us, our providers or other users.
